  4. This week I’m sharing my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how I make sprouted flour from whole grains. It’s all a part of my transition back to grains after doing GAPS.

    I’m also sharing my first sprouted flour recipe which is my recipe for HEART TARTS. They are little heart-shaped hand pies, a Valentine’s Day tradition around here 🙂

    Thanks for the sweet comment you left us last week! We’re thinking about the muffin e-book idea… If only I could carve out the time! An e-book is on my 50 before 50 list, so I’ll get to it one of these days, Lord willing. 🙂

    Today I’m sharing our recipe for homemade peanut butter — yum! Will be using some to make next Monday’s muffin. 🙂
