Ask and you shall receive!
This a pretty simple but if you want something whether it’s a deeper walk with the Lord, for a door to open, a break though for a situation or even something you desire… ask the Lord! Write down what is that you want in your life or for others and be sure to be specific. It is like making an order. If you like your salad without croutons and dressing on the side you must say so. Need I say more?
“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?” Luke 11:9-12
I know, I know, this can be hard. But remember, God WANTS to give us the desires of our heart also!
“Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and He will act.” Psalm 37:3-5
Realize that you have the power to make your life happen by asking the Lord for what you want and for direction. And sometimes you have to walk in faith to make it happen!

I love this scripture. I think we so often that if we are in communion with God, His desires will be our desires.

What a great reminder!
This strengthens me so much to remember that God wants us to ask and then follow His lead. I think the key is delighting in Him and trusting that He has our best in mind. I love it that we are like-minded in the Lord and in health 🙂 Be blessed!
