I’m so glad to have found your blog (via Stephanie’s!). I’ve been a whole foodie (at least at home!) for a few years but my husband and I have recently (like 2 weeks ago) started going to a chiropractor (who is just AWESOME), doing the Maximized Living food-diet-plan and my husband is even doing CrossFit.
