The quote “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail” really sticks out to me and with us being very busy with our vision, we haven’t been (or I haven’t been) planning, preparing and making wholesome good dinners in quite some time.
My husband & I, along with several of our patients from the office are participating in a weight loss challege to lose 10% of our weight, so I thought it is very necessary to start meal planning again. We are using the advanced and core plan guidelines from the maximized living nutrition book.
