SMART Health Advice from a 5 year old

A couple weeks ago we were doing school work on a Monday and we can across one of my son’s worksheets from his Abeka curriculum about doctors. If you know anything about us, you’ll know we don’t go to the medical doctor unless their is an emergency, their daddy is their doctor.

It was so enlightening to see Lincoln, our 5 year old talk about what is healthy and what isn’t. We haven’t coaxed him, we have guided him and even have allowed him to decide, yet he still knows the truth!

10 health advice tips from a 5 year old

  1. Taking a bath is healthy 
  2. Wear warm clothes when it’s cold
  3. Wash your hands it’s very “soapy” (will keep ya clean)
  4. Drinking some milk and water is healthy
  5. Eat healthy food
  6. Get enough sleep
  7. Shots… not very good!
  8. If you take medicine you really will get sick
  9. Reading & learning is healthy (research)
  10. Get adjustments, they give you “good diseases” (immunity
Well, there ya go, 10 tips from a 5 year old!
