  1. I make a lot of these substitutions, and they’re awesome! I’m not gluten sensitive, so I’ve been baking with sprouted whole wheat flour instead of regularly flour lately and it’s such an easy substitute!

  2. I have recently learned that coconut sugar, while quite a bit better than regular sugar, is not a very good product because it isn’t a sustainable practice. You have to keep the tree from producing coconuts to harvest the sap for sugar.
