Thanks for featuring my Chocolate Truffle Cake. This week I’ve posted on grain free banana bread and how to save thousands of dollars on a new baby. Thanks for hosting!
Thank you for hosting! Today I shared my post/rant about why food has become so complicated. It seems every time we are at a family dinner the topic of food comes up and they talk about food as if it were a science experiment. It drives me crazy!

Thanks for hosting! I shared a recipe for those who are novice bean makers, and who are trying to turn their family bean-haters into bean-lovers – Tortilla Soup. Two types of beans, lots of veggies and with a few additions makes a wonderful meal for company!
Hi & thanks for hosting again! Last week I compared 3 healing diets (Gaps, Paleo & Wahls). This week, I provide sample menu plans for each, to put the details into practical examples.
