  2. Great to see my Quinoa Lover’s Salad featured this week. Thanks so much, and thank you for hosting this wonderful weekly blog party..

  3. Thanks for the link party! We shared several of these articles with our FB/Twitter readers at homesteadlady.com.

  4. Good morning, Rachel! I hope your week is going well. Thank you so much for hosting this hop – it’s wonderful!

  5. Thank you for hosting! I’ve been working with A LOT of sourdough in the past couple months and have learned a few tips and tricks from some victories (and failures). I shared them in the link up this week.

I also shared a posted explaining the science behind soaking whole grains… in plain English. There’s enough of the gobbly-gook out there as it is!

  6. Hi Rachel! Thanks so much for hosting! The new blog look is fabulous btw! 🙂

I shared Lemon Pound Cake Pudding. It helps control appetite and stimulate weight loss as well as reduce the craving for chips, fries, and other greasy foods (which I’m a sucker for!). It’s a cool and slimming snack on a hot summer day. I made it with xylitol (stevia also would be a great choice for candida-dieters) with options for honey and agave.

  7. One of the most crucial skills any person can have is the ability to write — and I am not talking penmanship. The ability to express ourselves is something that we do our entire lives, and many people, who homeschool, are insecure about teaching this skill to their children. So they buy a workbook. Boring. And it doesn’t do the job.

My post this week is number 38 — homeschooling? Yes, you can teach your child to write. Seriously, you can. This is the first of a three-part series (links are in the article) that will gently guide you to the confidence you need to 1) write well yourself and 2) teach others to do so.

  8. Looking cool, awesome Wednesday, thank you for hosting!
