*Note from Rachel: Since I am 27 weeks pregnant, I have asked Kari to help me with today’s review but be confident I support and love T-Tapp.

On the 8th day of Christmas, day2day joys gave to me…

An awesome wellness workout package giveaway from Mary over at The Encouraging Home. It’s called T-Tapp and it’s a low-impact workout that benefits your whole body stimulating the lymphatic system, improving bone density and helping restore and rehabilitate those parts of the body many have injured and hurt, such as knees, hips, shoulders and the lower back.

TTappgiftguide

Mary at The Encouraging Home is a certified T-Tapp trainer and her desire is to share this amazing information that has helped her tremendously in her own life after suffering health issues of her own.

Fitness and workout programs are everywhere, but finding programs that actually offer more than larger muscles are few and far between. In my opinion, T-Tapp results offer an all-inclusive product (in just 15 minutes) that supports the whole body, something I am passionate about as well.

T-Tapp is NOT tap dancing. T-Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. It delivers strength, flexibility, increased lymphatic function, hormonal balance and total body results. You can accomplish so much in 15 minutes!! It starts the body healing from the inside out and is ideal for anyone with health issues…many notice a change in how they feel and the problems from health issues slowly go away. Then, inches start melting.

Learn how you can easily get started with T-Tapp, here.

Features of T-Tapp Workout

  • low-impact movements, which means no weight lifting, jumping and moves that can be damaging to your body
  • the ability to jump start your lymphatic system which will impact your entire physical body: clearer skin, weight loss, more energy
  • movements that tone and sculpt your body without hurting or straining your muscles
  • explanation on how different body types will gain weight a certain way and how to address that in the workouts
  • a program that addresses the whole body, internally and externally
  • information on how dry brushing an also help stimulate the lymphatic system
  • a God-made/Man-made dietary guideline for optimal results

Now for my review:

I was given the T-Tapp Basic Workout and the “Yes You Can” seminar, both on DVD. I was instructed to watch the “Yes You Can” seminar before trying the workout, and I think it really made a difference.

I was able to learn why T-Tapp was designed, how it works, benefits of T-Tapp, good pointers and more – BEFORE actually trying the workout. This is great, because if you are educated prior to doing a workout, you will most likely stick with it, if you believe in the mission and purpose of it.

The workout is short – only 15 minutes and contains a series of easy and gentle movements. The wonderful thing about this workout is the impact is has on the whole body in such a short amount of time. I really felt it in my upper arms and upper back after the first time trying it.

I was fascinated while I did this workout knowing that it was stimulating my lymphatic system. A stagnant lymphatic system is the cause of so many health issues these days, yet many people don’t even realize it. Understanding that in only 15 minutes a day a person can turn around their health – makes this workout so simple to do! Not only can internal issues be tackled with this workout, but there are many testimonials of people who have also lost inches and weight – and in a short amount of time! You can read Mary’s testimony here!

Being accustomed to Pilates, dancing and interval training – this is a workout program I am holding onto and will definitely recommend to those who truly need this low-impact workout due to the state of their health (internal or external). I feel very blessed to have been introduced to T-Tapp.

What I Liked:

1. Knowing that this workout is good for everyone, especially those who are physically unable to do more intense workouts.

2. The workouts are only 15 minutes.

3. The workout is for more than weight loss or muscle mass, it’s about creating a flowing and healthy environment internally, so your body can function optimally and freely.

What I didn’t Like:

1. I can be pretty picky with workout programs, but I really liked how this encompassed more of a whole body health aspect. I didn’t find anything about her approach, the workout or the “why’s” behind it that I didn’t like. It is GREAT!
