12 Days of Christmas {Day 8: Naptime Creations}

Today is the 8th day of the 12 days of Christmas Reviews & Giveaways 2014!

12 Days of Christmas #Giveaways Hurry and enter before it ends December 8th!!

On the 8th day of Christmas, day2day joys gave to me…

An awesome giveaway from Naptime Creations by Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a friend of mine who loves creating and crafting! When her son Wyatt was a baby and toddler she loved making the most of her time just like other moms out there, so she began crafting while her baby was sleeping .

Her love for creating hasn’t stopped although her son isn’t napping anymore, she still loves creating and selling her creations on her shop and at trade shows.

Elizabeth crochets to help supplement her family’s income which allows her to stay at home and homeschool her son. She feels most comfortable when she is busy, so her shop has given her something that still allows her to feel useful while she sits and enjoy family and friends. Otherwise, she says she would be unable to focus or stay still.

Elizabeth thinks giving back is important, that’s why she donates 10% of her sales to charities. She donated a portion of her previous months sales to a Haiti mission trip and is now researching for the next charity to support with her December sales.

Features of the Keyhole Scarf:

  • High quality yarn, that is soft and silky to the touch
  • The keyhole allows for security and warmth
  • It can be worn tight or loose
  • Mom-made with love

Now for my review:

I was given the Keyhole Scarf from Naptime Creations. Since I have worn things made by Elizabeth before, I wasn’t surprised by the energy Elizabeth went into making this scarf. She puts a lot of attention and detail into finding out what her customers are interested in and developing a quality product.

I have purchased scarves at the stores and the quality of work just doesn’t compare to these scarves.

*side note: I forgot to take some better pictures (which I’m no model) after I wore the scarf so my kids were the photographers in these. 😉

Elizabeth’s shop has so many beautiful items. One of my favorites are these boot cuffs. She also has fingerless gloves, a slouchy multi colored hat, a crocheted necklace, winter headbands, a crossbody pocket purse and sooo much more.

What I Liked:
  1. The scarf is well made
  2. It is SOOO soft
  3. It is comfortable and adjustable to how tight or loose you want it
  4. It is handmade
  5. The scarf is comparable or even cheaper to buying similar products at stores
What I didn’t Like:
  1. Nothing!
You can Buy It!
