I had a twin miscarriage recently that only a few (husband, friend, and Dr.) people know about. I preferred to keep it private because I did not want to cry with random people who thought they were required to address the situation. It is a very hard subject to discuss. Each situation is different, but equally as sad. I am sorry for your loss, but happy you have a good support system around you.
