I need the food processor to blend it smoothly. Add a bit more lemon juice or soy milk to get the consistency you want. (The lemon juice gives it the “buttermilk” tang.)

I like dill and basil in mine. Equal parts garlic powder, onion powder, and dry basil. two parts dry parsley. 1/2 part dry dill Salt and black pepper to taste (dash of cayenne when I’m feeling adventurous)

I buy ranch mix in large bottles at SAM’s club. I add it to hamburger patties and mashed potatoes all the time.

(No, she’s not me, haha!)

1 tsp each: dried chives, parsley, & dill

1/2 tsp each: onion powder & garlic powder

1/4 tsp each: salt & pepper

Set aside for later, or mix now with either:

1 cup real mayonnaise +
1/2 cup sour cream

OR

Alternate wet ingredients:
1/3 cup each mayo, sour cream, & buttermilk.

People rave about this wherever I take it, & we love it.

I’m kind of old school and like to keep a hard copy of my recipes in my ‘recipe box’. Would you consider making your recipes available in an easy print format? I’m sorry if that’s a pain, I wish I was more tech savvy. Thanks!

I mix mine like a dip and add the milk when I want dressing so it stays fresh longer. Milk expires faster then greek yogurt which is what we use. 🙂
