Thank you so much! I would think you could make mocha almonds too, you could simply add a couple of tablespoons of VERY strong coffee in the pan. Let me know how yours turn out!

Great timing. Lately our guilty pleasure has been mocha almonds from sprouts. We really can’t control what’s in or on them so I need to make these instead. Thanks for sharing the method and idea! I’ll update after making these next weekend.
