]]>We are on mission to save and change lives and there is no time for blinders, shades or whatever you use to hide the truth about where health and healing come from.
If you have ever known someone with ear ringing, dizziness/vertigo and/or hearing loss it could be Meniere’s Disease. Personally having battled back from this horrifying experience, I am completely compassionate upon someone going through it.
In the spring of 2008, I thought I was this awesome mountain biker, tackling trails and starting get pretty fluid going off-road. After getting out of class, I rushed home to get Rachel and we decided to take a stroll on the new mountain bikes we got. We were strictly on the main road then I decided to be awesome, like I thought I was, and go down a huge embankment with ruts at the bottom. As soon as I hit the rut, flipped over the handle bars and landed on my shoulder. I couldn’t move my arm for a week. No breaks thankfully but I was definitely beat up.
Two weeks later, I went to the dentist to have a root canal. My tooth had chipped and the amalgam filling in the tooth had broken also. After leaving the dentist, I went home numb and went to sleep early. The next day, we woke up and headed out to an event that school was having outdoors. As soon as I stepped out of the car, I felt my head wobble and then felt the need to lean on the car. So Dizzy. I went home and laid down. This has never happened before, never in my life had I been so dizzy. It felt like I was continually turning my head to the left even though my head was straight. Then I threw up. All I could think was, what is happening to me? I called the dentist and told them I was sick and they told me that I had taken too much of the pain medication for the post-surgery pain. I replied “ I haven’t taken any of that stuff”. I didn’t even pick it up at the pharmacy. I hang up the phone and started to throw up again.
The next day, I was 50% better but in no way was I better. 50% means I could hold my head up without throwing up. I noticed my ear felt full and over the next few days, my right ear began to hummmmm. Then a more high pitched noise came. It was annoying but I could deal with this. The nausea had faded but I felt like I was consistently in a brain fog, always felt warm and swimmy headed. I continued to try to ignore the problem and then after a few weeks it happened again. I came home from school earlier feeling like I was running a fever. Then the vertigo and throwing up began. I noticed that before I got sick, my ear started ringing so loud that it drowned out everything around me.
Six months went by with no change, continually swimmy headed and now I was researching. All I was finding was problems with inner ear, nerve problems and cancers. I decided to go to an ENT. Maybe this would help. He did multiple tests and although I had no hearing loss, He labeled it Meniere’s Disease. He told me to take some supplements, which I did, to dampen the noise and increase circulation in the ear. I noticed that if I didn’t take the pills though, there was no help. And even though, these were supplements, I felt like I was still just covering up the symptom. I was beginning to think the worst: Brain Tumor. I couldn’t handle even the slightest vibration, even the tap of someone’s pencil on a table made me nauseous. Loud noises were awful.
I started researching the spine next. Seeing how the nervous system is so connected with help, I decided to spend the next few weeks in the library and I came upon something from the early 1970’s. It was work from Clarence Gonstead pointing to the 1st and 2nd vertebrae in the neck. The research looked very conclusive. There were stories about miracles, I wanted to be one.
At some point, I cant remember the day. I had a friend, who specializes in upper cervical (upper neck) care reach out to me. He said “You look like crap”. “I feel like crap, somethings not right Lee”. He knew I had been going through this as did many of my friends. He simply told me to go get on a table, let him check my spine and see what happens. The first adjustment, made me sick. I couldn’t handle vibration or drop of the table. A few days later, round 2. I laid on the table, he gave a specific adjustment to my 2ndcervical vertebra. I instantly flushed and felt like I was on fire. No throwing up this time. Over the next few weeks, I continued to get adjusted.
I had also been reading about toxicity, especially aspartameand mercury. I had been drinking diet coke on a regular basis for about a year. Then I watched a movie called Sweet Misery and heard these stories of life altering diseases being manifested through the consumption of this toxic substance. I stopped drinking it immediately after watching the movie. I also watched some documentaries and did literature research about amalgam fillings (silver fillings). The evidence leads to this: Safe removal of silver fillings is necessary. Vacuum, detox protocol, goggles you name it. This stuff is toxic in your mouth and just as bad when you remove it. I have since had all of my amalgams removed. This made a huge difference almost immediately. We also know that just the pressure from having dental work of any kind can cause an extreme amount of harmful motion in your upper neck where your brain stem is located.
Along the way, Rachel and I both have picked up this Lifestyle, the philosophy of living an abundant life through decreasing our toxins and increasing our deficiencies. We now have the opportunity to teach these principles to the world. It is amazing at the response, the world has been waiting. And best of all, God gets all the glory for the miracles that we see.
It’s been over 4 years now.

Stress and F.E.A.R. (the allopathic/vitalistic response)
Not controlling your surroundings has severe consequences to your health. I want you to know that you are in control. We all have circumstances in our lives that we can choose to live in fear, pain and hurt. But you are in control of your thoughts. Don’t be afraid to do your own research and don’t live in fear when you or your child starts to run a fever, has a sniffle or a sneeze. Be thankful that you have a symptom. Symptoms are your bodies way to let you know something needs to change.
90% of people that find out that they have heart disease find out by having a heart attack. Your mindset is everything.
Rest & Recovery
Sufficient rest keeps your immune system at it’s highest levels. You get the best sleep when you have cave-like darkness in your bed room. Also try to not use any electronic devices in the bed, cell phone, ipads and even the TV, they keep you stimulated well beyond an hour after use.Research shows that 8 hours a night with a regular sleep/wake time is what is needed.
Poor Nutrition or Deficiencies(and bad fats)
Diet is so key to your health. We know that sugary foods like grains, sodas and even some fruits with high fructose levels effect your your immune system. Recently my wife and I went to a restaurant and saw a three-year old drinking a soda and we just looked at each other in disbelief. Anytime I see this kind of thing, I can guarantee you that the kid is going to the doctor every month or every other month with some type of infection or sickness.
That’s because sugars and acids increase rates and decrease your chances of being healthy. That’s just a simple truth. I have listed below some proper supplementation for a Titanium Immune System:
• B- Complex: B2, B6, B12
• Folic Acid
• Glutathione
• Selenium
• Vitamin D3
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin E
And be sure to eat breakfast to start you day off right!
Lack of Oxygenation

Toxicity (meds/vaccines/environmental)
The hardest thing to change is your mindset. You literally have been trained that treating a symptom is the best thing to do for your health but the truth is that if you are having a symptom, then your body is telling you that something is wrong. There is a cause to the symptom and fortunately for us, its not a lack of medication. Remember the motto. You were created wonderfully made, you were bought with a price and God doesn’t make junk.
In the Lancet Journal an article was written and the statement that rang loudest for me was this. “…The largest historical decrease in deaths caused by infectious disease was not from the modern antibiotic and vaccine era, but from the introduction of clean water and effective sewer systems.

Dr. Tamara R. Kuittinen, Director of Medical Education at the Department of Emergency Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City states that, “These medicines can do more harm than good. The ingredients in children’s cough and cold medications do not help. They are not effective, especially the decongestant, and part of it is because children’s anatomy is different. The risk margin is high.” According to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), over-the-counter cough and cold medications should not be given to infants and children younger than 2 years “because of the risk of life-threatening side effects.”
The AAP also points to the fact that several studies show that cold and cough products “don’t work in children younger than 6 years and can have potentially serious side effects.” Antibiotic use -associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. Authors found that the more antibiotics the women in the study had used, the higher their risk of breast cancer. -National Journal of Cancer Research6/05
Hand Washing
Regular hand washing with NON-antibacterial soap and hot water for 20 seconds is good enough.
Simple hand washing with rigorous scrubbing destroys bacteria naturally by breaking their cell membranes effectively killing them. Recently there have been several articles have linked triclosan, commonly used in antibacterial soaps to heart muscle damage. These are serious chemicals, please be careful with this stuff.
A 2004 study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine investigated household use of antibacterial products and the incidences of bugs like the common cold. The researchers found that people who used antibacterial products developed just as many colds, runny noses, sore throats, fever, and stomach bugs as did people who didn’t use them.
Harmful Nerve Interference
Every single cell, tissue and organ in your body is controlled by your nervous system. That includes your immune system. There are thousands of articles that agree, spinal misalignments cause the immune system to malfunction and decrease a regular immune system response. Uncorrected cervical subluxations cause the patient to suffer from loss of balance, along with additional side effects (Cailliet and Gross, 1987)
A study, published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, says that out of 1250 infants chosen at random, 211 of them suffered from nervousness, vomiting, muscular abnormalities, tremors and insomnia. 95% (200) of those children had abnormal cervical (neck) muscle strain indicating vertebral subluxation.
When the subluxation was adjusted and the muscle strain removed, an immediate calming often resulted, the children’s crying stopped, the muscles relaxed and the children fell asleep.

]]>Fitness has a bad wrap. Many times we get caught up in these fad exercise principles: run/walk on the treadmill for 45-60 minutes per day, get on the bike a pedal as fast as you can to nowhere and even protein shake before, after and even wake up in the middle of the night and drink your protein.
The truth is: exercise and fitness can be created in less than 12 minutes every other day. This is important to remember, especially for moms! You can even do this as a family!
Here’s how and how not to go about being fit:
First, The Ugly: Moving is better than not moving, period. Lack of exercise is known to increase your risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes as well as osteoporosis. Action step: Get moving, even if its walking. And since you are walking, do it outside so you can get your daily dose of Vitamin D.
The Bad: Long duration cardio exercise like running endlessly on the treadmill is known to cause increases in the stress hormone Cortisol. Cortisol stimulates appetite, is catabolic (breaks down muscle), increases fat storing, and slows down or inhibits exercise recovery. It can also decrease testosterone and growth hormone. Now, to all you fitness junkies out there, don’t be offended. You know the truth is coming…and its coming in the form of burst and surge training.
The Good: Conditioning exercises that elicit a specific hormonal and energy production response designed to improve the capability of the body to efficiently and effectively deliver energy for activity. It is characterized by short surges of high intensity exercise and exercising at 90% to 100% of maximal heart rate. There is a greater increase in fat loss after high intensity exercise due to the release of growth hormone.
There is a positive relationship between carbohydrate expenditure during exercise and fat expenditure during recovery when you are exercising in short bursts as hard as your little heart can take it. In fact, a recent study showed: There was a significant loss in body fat in a group that exercised at a high intensity of 80-90% of MHR. In the other part of the study, No significant change in body fat was found in the lower intensity group which exercised at 60-70% of MHR. Also, the type of workout exercises, loads were not changed between the groups. Only the intensity changed. No significant difference in workload existed between groups.1 The effects of exercise intensity on body composition, weight loss, and dietary composition in women.2
Another study in the Journal of Applied Physiology December 31, 2009 showed that burst type fitness training increased growth hormone and testosterone, causes fat to be burned after exercise for 36 hours,causes muscle building and not muscle wasting and increased sensitivity to insulin which means more sugar burning which helps both diabetics and people who don’t want fat stored on their hips and thighs.
Here is a guide to “getting it done”!
Burst time Goals- up to 45-60 sec burst with 30-40 sec breaks and continuing with a 2 minute rest in between sets, this can be done either 3 days/wk or 6 days/wk.
Exercises to choose: Squats, Push-ups, Jumps, Dips, Swing arms Squats, Explosive Jumps, Punch Arms-front, Jumping Jacks, Punch Arms-sky, Lunges, Knee Raises, Mountain Climbers, Mountain Jumpers, Alternating Heels Raises, Burpees (up-downs), etc. Bands-remember, you can always use bands in some fashion to resistance.
12-20 minutes is all you need. Go at 90% of everything you can, Go Hard!

DONE! Once you get to the point where you aren’t as tired when you get done, increase the amount of time, IE, 20 secs burst to 30 secs.
When you do start this simple training, don’t sabotage your workout afterward. Post Exercise Nutrition: No carbs/sugar for at least 2 hours after exercise. Consuming a snack, drink, or meal high in sugar will negate the positive effects of HGH and increased insulin sensitivity (NO FAT BURNING). A protein smoothie without harmful sucralose, splenda or aspartame is a great post workout food.
