On the 12 day of Christmas, day2day joys gave to me…

Products perfect for young kids, especially toddlers learning to eat with independence from Re-Play! 

Re-Play products are recycled HDPE, which is #2 plastic, and is BPA free, Phthalate Free, PVC free. According to Healthy Child Healthy World, if you are unsure about safely using plastic items, look for the recycling codes 2, 4 or 5. Recycling codes 1, 3, and 6 can leach lead, bisphenol A, phthalates, and other stuff under certain circumstances.

Like most plastics (and melamine), Re-Play is dishwasher safe and should not be used in the microwave. (side note: I would highly recommend never heating any plastic up in the microwave!) 

Another great tidbit of info about Re-Play products is that they are made and manufactured in the U.S.A.

Now for my review:

I have always loved to offer a variety of foods at meal time. No, I don’t make special meals for each child, but I do like to add a couple different food items. For example, at breakfast yesterday, in the picture above you’ll see scrambled eggs, avocado slices and organic raspberries.

I was given a sample of the products from Re-Play including the feeding set (plate), a cup with spill-proof lid, one snack stacker and a fork & spoon. 

I had actually already bought some of Re-Play’s products for my daughter London. I loved that they were a “healthier” plastic and I really love the feeding plate, because again, I love to offer a variety of foods so I wanted to give them a try. 

So then when I knew the 12 Days of Christmas was coming up, I thought y’all would love to learn about this company and get a chance to win! 

What I Liked:

1. The colors
2. The size of the feeding plate
3. I actually love the sip cup and it really is spill proof
4. That it is a safer option with no toxins

A wonderful cleaning, natural cleaning option, that will keep your home in tip-top shape!

Now for my review:

I am not going to lie, when a bottle of soap and several empty spray bottles showed up on my door step I was leery. Could one bottle of concentrated soap clean my messy house? 

Guys, I am not a housekeeper. I try, but cleaning just isn’t my jam. However, when I realize that one product could clean my entire home I was jazzed. 

I received the Small Starter Kit, which came with 12 ounce bottle of Branch Basic’s signature concentrated soap and three empty bottles to make All-Purpose cleaner, Bathroom cleaner, Streak-Free cleaner, and our new custom 10 oz. foamer bottle perfect for hand and face washing. 

It is really easy to mix the products. Each bottle comes with directions with a line to fill with water and then a second line to tell you how much soap to add. It’s usually just a few drops. As skeptical as I was, I was amazed at how well the soap worked at cleaning my home. From the tile in my bathroom to the granite on my counter tops, the Branch Basics soap got my house shiny clean. 

I was even able to use it to clean my mirrors and scrub my cast iron skillet. You can even spot treat oil stains on clothing. 

What I Liked:

1. I liked how effective the product is 
2. That the product is safe to use around my kids
3. There is not overpowering scent 
4. The versatility of the cleaning products 

What I didn’t Like:

1. Nothing!

Now for my review:

I was given a bottle of dōTERRA Balance essential oil blend by Holly, a Wellness Advocate. I have used other brands of essential oils but this was my first time to try dōTERRA. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the quality of their products and was excited to give it a try.

The timing was perfect to receive this oil as I had just returned home from a five day trip two days before Thanksgiving. I certainly needed a little balance in my life at that point. I began applying it topically.

My first application was to my wrists and neck in hopes it would help me relax a bit as I made the transition from the trip to preparing for Thanksgiving. After that, I began applying it twice a day on the bottom of my feet. I even diffused it on a particularly busy day.

Since I began using this oil, I feel noticeably calmer. Even after a poor night’s sleep, when I usually feel frazzled and unfocused, I found I was focused and able to stay on task. The Balance Grounding Blend is quickly moving to the top of my list of favorite oils!

What I Liked:

1. It smells great.
2. It’s a natural way to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.
3. It’s safe for my whole family to use.
4. It can be use topically or aromatically.
5. You notice results almost immediately.
6. It’s a high quality product.

What I didn’t Like:

1. Nothing!

Now for my review:

I was given a Summit Triple Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Flip Straw Spout (17oz) and a larger BigFoot Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle (45oz). I have loved my Summit water bottle and enjoyed the convenience of having the larger BigFoot water bottle to keep with me as well. 

For a month now, the Summit water bottle has been my go-to water bottle of choice, despite having several other options at home. I love how well it keeps my drinks cold, how it never spills, and how it easily fits into a cupholder in my van or tucks into my bag for carrying along. The Summit has also become a favorite water bottle of my kids, too, since we often share the one bottle for convenience while we are out. I like that my toddler can easily use it without spilling. 

While the Summit has been a great size for everyday use, the BigFoot has been really helpful for longer trips. Often when I know we will be out for a while, I will fill up the BigFoot water bottle as well to use as a refill for our smaller bottles. Because it is insulated and stainless too, I know that the water will stay cold until we need it. (Now that the weather is getting cooler, I’m also looking forward to filling it up with hot chocolate and taking it for picnics at the park!)

I really love these water bottles. They are so easy to clean. They don’t sweat all over me or my bag. And they are sleek and good looking too.  

What I Liked:

1. My drinks stayed COLD
2. The bottles stay clean
3. We can all share the bottle
4. Two sizes helped to ensure we had enough
5. The bottles are completely mess-free!

What I didn’t Like:

1. Nothing!

Now for my review:

I was given this nativity trio from Dayspring. 

The package came very well protected in styrofoam to keep the hurricanes from braking as well as keep as storage for years to come. 

The hurricanes are made up of thick glass that is frosted. This allows for a decorative, subtle accent of sophistication. Especially when a tea light, candle or electronic candle is placed inside. The diameter of each piece is plenty big for a large candle if you wanted to put one inside. 

The metal silhouette seems very strong. And the wooden base is a nice dark stained color. Each piece is separate. You can put each silhouette in whichever order you want. I put it in order of the events but you could also place the manger in the middle and the other two pieces on the outside. 

What I Liked:

1. The sturdiness of each piece
2. That this represents the true meaning of Christmas 
3. Dayspring is a Christian company

What I didn’t Like:

1. Nothing!

Now for my review:

I was given two of the same outfits for my girls Julia and London. The Simply Terrific Tee in brown floral and Madilyn’s Multi Ruffle Skirt in the perfect harmony print. (Although every time I went to take pictures of London, she had gotten the outfit wet, wouldn’t you know?) 

The package arrived promptly after an order was placed a couple of days later. Each piece came individually wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve. 

The clothing is very comfortable with a stretchy fabric. I threw it into the laundry with other clothes and it washes and drys great. For this particular outfit, I love the ruffles on the skirt and also the ruffles on the ends of the sleeves. 

This isn’t actually my first time for my daughter’s to wear clothing from Swanky Baby Vintage. I first came across this company on Zulily. I ordered them outfits for beach photos, which can be seen on the canvas giveaway for the1st Day of the 12 Days of Christmas. 

I really like Swanky Baby Vintage‘s style as well as comfortablilty. Sometimes clothes can be itchy and kids don’t like to wear them but these are comfy along with cuteness. We had several compliments on the beach outfits as well as these Wintry ones. 

What I Liked:

4. It’s easy to wash and dry, no special dry cleaning or anything

Now for my Review: 

I received a box of 6 different flours and mixes from Better Batter. My family and friends enjoyed trying all the treats and baked goods!

I started off by making brownies and muffins to share at our church’s evening fellowship. The brownies were so delicious and the muffins didn’t disappoint either. Nobody at church could guess that either were gluten-free or that they were made with allergen-free ingredients. 

The next morning, I made my family a breakfast buffet of waffles, biscuits and leftover muffins. With some fried eggs and bacon thrown in, it was quite a feast. Everything was really easy to make. The waffles turned out great. However, I wasn’t thrilled with the biscuits because I felt like they didn’t rise very well. Even so, they still made yummy bacon, egg and cheese biscuits! 

What I liked: 

• the mixes were so easy to use 
• few additional ingredients were needed
• the baked goods are delicious! 

What I didn’t like: 

• I liked everything, except I felt that the biscuits were a little flat.
