  1. Hi,
I shared a recipe for braised short ribs with gravy (SCD/GAPS), Valentine Day Linzer Hearts. Also, an article about the relationship between diet soda and stroke, and I tried to answer the question: are grains toxic or safe?

    Thanks for hosting!

  2. Hi there,
    Thanks for hosting!
I’m sharing about lymphatic drainage treatment that my son is getting for his facial malformation. I’m also sharing some homeopathy tips for dental emergencies as well as a post about three antibiotic herbs..

  3. Thanks for hosting Rachel! I loved the post from The Simple Homemaker about homemade baking powder!

  4. This week I’m sharing my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how I make sprouted flour from whole grains. It’s all a part of my transition back to grains after doing GAPS.

I’m also sharing my first sprouted flour recipe which is my recipe for HEART TARTS. They are little heart-shaped hand pies, a Valentine’s Day tradition around here 🙂

  5. I’m sharing my Cranberry, Carrot and Celery Slaw, and a Sausage Noodle Soup! Thanks for hosting 🙂

  6. I’m sharing a recipe for Grain-Free Lasagna and a whole host of ideas for deeper sleep.

  7. Rachel,

Thanks for the sweet comment you left us last week! We’re thinking about the muffin e-book idea… If only I could carve out the time! An e-book is on my 50 before 50 list, so I’ll get to it one of these days, Lord willing. 🙂

Today I’m sharing our recipe for homemade peanut butter — yum! Will be using some to make next Monday’s muffin. 🙂

Blessings and thanks so much for hosting!

    Lisa 🙂

  8. Thank you for featuring my 14 Reasons to Skip the Soda post! I am glad you came and told me….I somehow missed it! 🙂 I linked up again today….
