Real Food, Real Easy {Announcing a NEW e-cookbook}

Announcing Real Food, Real Easy!

If you are new to REAL FOOD cooking or a real food pro, these recipe & tips will be helpful in your kitchen…

Real Food, Real Easy is an e-cookbook with over 70 hearty REAL FOOD recipes, with several links, including several homemade ingredients, as well as an in-depth break-down of real food sweeteners, an explanation of soaking grains &sprouting grains (which I am still learning about myself), a dirty dozen/clean 15 list, a look at GMO foods and why they need to be avoided.

Not to mention that this book can potentially be all a real food newbie needs (minus the cost of food!) to feed their family in the early days of converting to real food. With breakfast, lunch, dinner (both main and side dishes), breads and appetizers, there’s no need to look elsewhere! And much, much more!

For ALL of this information and recipes, the entire 133 page book is only $9.95…. what a great deal!

I’ve worked collaboratively with 6 other lovely ladies including: The Humbled Homemaker (book editor), Modern Alternative Mama, Creative Christian Mama, Sweet Kisses and Dirty Dishes, and Christian Mommy Blogger and my Tennessee buddy Stacy Makes Cents! And we’re super excited to bring you Real Food, Real Easy!

  1. Congrats, Rachel, on your e-book! How cool is that?! Still thinking about that muffin e-book…where did you find the time?

    Blessings, ~Lisa 🙂

  2. Thanks for your comment on Autumnfawn Lane about marking cartons in the fridge. 🙂 Neat that you used to live in AZ but now live in TN. My hubby definitely misses all the green and of course his family. Looks like we have a son with the same name–my middle child is Lincoln, too! Lincoln Elijah.

    Wow, I saw this book last year somewhere and I recommended it to a friend of mine because she was new to real foods, she loves it.
    I stumbled upon your site recently and I’m loving it! I’ve been doing the traditional foods thing for a while now, I love to see it when others have transformed and are able to help guide others in.

    Thank you for your wonderful work and getting information out there!

    Are you on kindle?

    (I don’t know why I can never leave messages with my word press ID? So I am posting this as anonymous.)
