    Hi,

I would love to get your soup cookbook and any other book you have available. We just got a pressure cooker and it has a steam and crockpot setting! Need some new, fun, healthy ideas! It doesn’t even have to be for crockpots etc. 🙂

    Thank you

  23. I have a question about salt. My mom has congestive heart disease, so I’m concerned about Anything with salt. So when I see something like salsa, should I make my own, or am I taking things too far? I haven’t yet gotten started, so I’m pre-beginner right now!
