  1. Generous offer, many thanks. But I cannot figure out how to download the e-book! Maybe it’s too early in the morning… 🙂

I am subscribed to your blog- how do I get the cookbook? Thanks Pat

  3. Woohoo! I need to try out a BUNCH of these great recipes 🙂

  4. Ladies, I will figure it out, I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

  5. Our standard smoothie used to be 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 scoop of yogurt and milk per person (there’s 3 of us, so we usually use a qt of milk) with some raw cacao added for fun. Lately they’ve been mostly berry based.

For something different, we’ll peel 3-4 oranges and blend with a can of coconut milk, yum!

We just moved to a house with a mulberry tree that’s fruiting like crazy! Hubby made a smoothie one day with those and tangerine juice-very refreshing on a hot day!

  6. Angie K says:

Look forward to making smoothies:) The kids love them!

  7. Is the smoothie eBook still available?
