I haven’t made a meal plan in a few months, mostly because we packed up our house and moved to a different house, unpacked a little, visited in Arizona for 2 1/2 weeks and still unpacking. I know it was time to get back on track so here’s the menu for this week:

Monday- Tacos & black beans
Tuesday- Throw Together Crockpot Pork Roast with potatoes, carrots & onions
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- Cobb Salad
Friday- Hamburgers with baked sweet potatoes
Saturday- Turkey saute, corn on the cob
Sunday- Casserole with the leftovers
