I had the lucky opportunity to choos ethe top3 this week! Since you were one of the three “chosen”… you’ve Facebooked and Tweeted.

Nut Bars- Lara Bars, I love the taste of most Lara Bars so really want to try these one! This post comes from Eating Healthy Foods and what’s really cool is her husband is a chiropractor just like mine!

Calming an Overactive Child doesn’t mean you always need to give them medication. Over at Jo’s Health Corner you’ll find a calming mist spray recipe, I think it’s a great way to calm everyone!
This is exactly what every Modern Alternative Mama needs when they have a little one who is teething, I’m going to be sure to save this recipe in case we have any more kids!

  5. Thanks for hosting. I posted a recipe for warm bacon dressing. It only has three components to it and when compared to a store bought dressing, the ingredients are much less scary.

  6. I have had a lot of questions about how to get enough carbs on GAPS, usually because someone has gone too low carb without realizing it and/or they have had some negative health symptoms crop up after 6 months or so on (low carb) GAPS.

GAPS is not low carb! I point out 8 ways to make sure you don’t dip too low in your carb intake on the GAPS diet!

  7. We’d like to share our recipe for broccoli and beef poutine made with *fermented french fries* and chili ginger soy sauce gravy:

  8. We’d also like to share our raw milk cheesecake with a salted chocolate sablé crust and cherry compote:

  9. One more! We shared our wonderfully cheesy carnitas soft tacos with avocado and pickled ginger carrots:

  10. This week I’m sharing my Turkish Chicken Kebabs and Creamy Mushroom Soup. Thanks for hosting and have a great week!

  11. Thanks for hosting! I shared a Chocolate Smoothie w/ Herbal Tea Infusion recipe. It’s really yummy and a great way to get all of those readily available vitamins and minerals from the infusion. Thanks again!

  12. I just put up my latest post on my real foodified Mint Brownies. They are an awesome treat!

  13. This week I am sharing a recipe for kids who “don’t like eggs.” Our kid likes pizza, cheese, but “not eggs.” Oh, really? He cheerfully eats a slice of quiche pizza on homemade, whole wheat crust. Whatever works! Thank you for hosting this link-up. So many great ideas are posted here today.
